Key Responsibilities

• Support the PR Manager and PR Lead in executing integrated brand PR campaigns and events tailored for the UK market, crafting creative concepts adaptable across EMEA.
• Serve as the central hub for creative assets, messaging, and materials to ensure consistency and efficiency across the EMEA region.
• Lead coordination and management of trade shows within the UK and other EMEA countries.
• Oversee PR agency networks including managing coverage reports and verifying press and media lists.
• Manage the EMEA press inbox by distributing incoming requests to relevant market agencies.
• Approve press materials prepared by franchise partners.
• Engage actively in media pitching and sell-in activities.
• Handle finance-related duties such as raising purchase orders and recording them in financial systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of three years’ experience in Public Relations, Communications, or related fields, preferably within agency or in-house settings.
• Prior experience managing a press office and familiarity with media monitoring tools.
• Strong project management abilities to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial management systems.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders through a collaborative mindset inline with Mattel's company values.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual gross salary ranging between GBP 37440 and GBP 44460.
• Eligibility for Mattel Incentive Plan (MIP) offering a potential 5% bonus based on performance.
