Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and high-quality customer service at the postal retail outlet.
• Maintain a neat and organized checkout area.
• Greet customers warmly and engage positively.
• Accurately scan or enter product information.
• Handle cash, coupons, lottery tickets, and PC Optimum transactions with precision.
• Request PC Optimum cards at every transaction.
• Complete documentation related to customer receipts and returns.
• Merchandise designated areas including facing, labeling, and signing.
• Comply with loss prevention protocols and monitor inventory of cash, lottery, and stamps.
• Uphold company image by following uniform and dress code policies.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and store policies.
• Maintain store housekeeping and overall appearance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
