About the Role

Join LV Petroleum LLC as a Porter working on the 2nd and 3rd shifts at our Cookeville, TN location. This vital position involves maintaining cleanliness and order within the facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Primary Responsibilities

• Regularly clean and sanitize public restrooms, break rooms, and other communal spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling for company events and meetings.
• Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and notify management when stock needs replenishment.
• Conduct minor maintenance duties and report larger issues promptly to maintenance personnel.
• Interact positively with guests and coworkers, providing helpful assistance as needed.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience beneficial but not necessary.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset towards cleanliness and facility upkeep.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
