Picker / Packer

Overview

Blinkit Private Limited is seeking motivated and diligent Picker and Packers for their Dark Store operations. The role primarily involves accurately selecting items as per customer orders and securely packaging them to ensure smooth dispatch. This position also supports various warehouse processes, including stock handling and maintaining store organization. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Select products precisely per customer order requirements.
• Package goods safely and efficiently to prepare for shipment.
• Assist in arranging incoming inventory appropriately within the warehouse.
• Conduct regular item audits and verify stock accuracy.
• Help with loading and unloading stock shipments.
• Keep the storage and packing areas clean and orderly.
• Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to fulfill orders promptly.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Minimum education qualification: completion of 10th grade.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience alike.
• Basic communication skills and an ability to work cooperatively in teams.
• Preparedness to work on rotating shifts as per operational needs.
• Physically capable of performing demanding warehouse tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly pay ranging from 17,000 to 22,000 INR, location-dependent.
• Joining bonus up to 5,000 INR.
