Role Overview
As a P&I LOGA Payroll Consultant, you will support the onboarding of new clients and ensure the payroll system is configured correctly for smooth and compliant processing. The role is with MIRUS Deutschland GmbH, a specialist in outsourced payroll and personnel management, serving customers with tailored payroll and HR services for more than 20 years.
Responsibilities
- Guide the implementation of newly onboarded clients and set up the system so payroll can be processed properly.
- Run system training sessions for new colleagues.
- Provide support to teammates on payroll questions related to social insurance, tax law, and system usage.
- Adapt the software to meet changing requirements in HR payroll operations.
- Prepare updates and software changes in a clear way and share them with colleagues.
Requirements
- You should have a commercial qualification or a comparable further education, such as a payroll specialist or HR payroll specialist background.
- Professional experience in payroll or compensation accounting is required.
- Several years of experience in project work and onboarding new customers is expected.
- You need solid knowledge of wage tax law, social insurance law, and P&I LOGA Payroll.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with the team and clients are important.
- A valid work permit for Germany is mandatory.
- Fluency in German is required.
