Job Overview and Work Schedule

This role involves visiting patients' residences to conduct basic health checkups and collect biological samples as per a predetermined daily appointment schedule. The working hours are from 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM, ensuring timely completion of all visits.

Compensation Details

Payment is performance-based, with a rate of Rs. 140 for each successful visit. The total monthly earnings depend on the number of visits completed daily, with potential monthly income reaching up to Rs. 40,000.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to perform basic health checkups according to scheduled appointments.
• Adhere to daily schedules and ensure timely completion of visits.
• Collect samples and related data accurately and securely.

Qualification and Requirements

• Possession of a relevant diploma or degree such as DMLT, BMLT, CMLT, or Nursing qualification.
• Experience handling Vacutainer devices is mandatory.
• Willingness to engage in fieldwork involving daily travel.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle and a smartphone is required.
