Pharma Billing Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Pharma Billing Executive to join our team at Roshan Distributors based in Delhi-NCR. This role involves managing critical billing and inventory tasks to support smooth pharmacy distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales and purchase invoices by utilizing the Marg software system.
• Manage GST billing, including handling batch numbers, expiry dates, MRP tagging, and processing product returns.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date stock records to monitor inventory effectively.
• Reconcile daily financial transactions including cash, credit, and online payments to ensure accurate accounting.
• Coordinate follow-ups on outstanding payments to maintain financial health.

Candidate Requirements

• A graduate degree is mandatory.
• Previous experience of 1 to 3 years specifically in pharmaceutical billing.
• Proficiency with Marg accounting software is essential for this position.

Compensation

The offered monthly salary ranges between 15000 and 18000 INR.
