Personality Development Coach & Trainer

About the Role

We seek a Personality Development Coach & Trainer who possesses a proven training framework to work effectively with students from various academic streams such as Commerce, Fine Arts, Management, Computer Science, and Journalism. This role requires integrating mindset and confidence coaching with practical training sessions to enhance students' readiness for placements and boost their self-confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personality development sessions using a personalized, structured framework tailored to diverse student backgrounds.
• Provide coaching both individually and in group settings focused on building confidence, communication skills, and personal presentation.
• Prepare students for group discussions, personal interviews, resume creation, and mock interview exercises.
• Adapt the training methodology to meet the unique needs of different departments based on their academic focus, such as technical or business-oriented curricula.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document students' progress and advancements throughout the training.

Requirements

• Possession of an established and effective framework or methodology for delivering personality development training.
• Demonstrated experience as a coach and trainer, with a background in working with students from diverse educational disciplines.
• Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities.
• Flexibility to adjust coaching style to engage various learner groups effectively.

Eligibility

Open to candidates with relevant coaching experience who can work full-time onsite in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
