Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Personal Loan Telecaller to join Finbud Financial Services Limited at our Bengaluru, Karnataka office. This role demands active engagement in generating leads, understanding client needs, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships to drive our personal loan products' success.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and initiate contact with potential clients via research, trade show participation, and cold calling or outreach emails.
• Engage with prospects to assess their financial requirements and present tailored loan product solutions.
• Manage negotiations, overcome objections, and close contracts that fulfill both client expectations and company revenue goals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, solve problems, and explore opportunities for additional services.
• Conduct market research including analysis of sales performance and competitors, providing detailed reports to the management team.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, product development, and customer support divisions to enhance service delivery and lead management.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position will range between 20,000 and 45,000 INR.
