Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Creative Banyan is looking for a performance marketing specialist to manage paid digital campaigns and drive measurable growth for client brands. This full-time role is based in Delhi and focuses on improving campaign efficiency, lead generation, and return on ad spend across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do

• Build, launch, and refine paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising channels.
• Review campaign data regularly and work to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion outcomes.
• Handle advertising budgets carefully to maximize results and return on investment.
• Use analytics and tracking tools to measure performance and prepare campaign reports.
• Partner with creative and sales teams to create stronger ad assets and lead generation strategies.

Eligibility

Applicants must have at least 1 year of relevant experience to be considered.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 4,20,000 to INR 4,80,000.
