Role Overview

We seek a warm, organised, and proactive Receptionist to represent our Perth office. This role goes beyond traditional reception duties, involving significant support to our Financial Planning team and ensuring excellent service to every client.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors professionally and warmly.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct queries appropriately.
  • Prepare meeting rooms ahead of appointments and provide refreshments.
  • Reset rooms after client meetings.
  • Handle client administrative tasks such as updating contact information.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Scan, file, and organise client documents.
  • Assist advisers and other admin staff with various tasks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Keep the reception and shared workspaces neat and presentable.
  • Order office supplies and contribute to smooth office operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • A friendly, confident and professional communication style.
  • Strong organisational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and readiness to learn new software.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to assist the team.

Experience within financial or professional services is beneficial but not mandatory; the key is a passion for delivering excellent client service.
