Role Summary

The Painter will create personalized and decorative artwork on Goyard products. This role calls for very high standards in both design and painting, with the goal of producing refined graphics while fully protecting the product’s quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will prepare and complete personalization work by reading orders, setting up the materials needed, and producing stencils and paint mixes as required. You will also carry out hand touch-ups to refine each piece, verify accuracy throughout every stage of the process, and keep tools and equipment clean using solvents, brushes, and rags. Maintaining a clean, orderly workshop will be part of your daily routine.

You are expected to complete at least 25 units each week. There may also be opportunities to take part in personalization events, where you will work directly with clients to design their chosen artwork and reproduce it on products. The work includes hand-painting client-selected designs on Goyard items as well as producing custom digital visuals in Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Workshop Duties

You will handle workshop emails on a daily basis and follow all safety and security rules, including the required dress code.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must be able to work within Goyard’s strict personalization standards and maintain the expected level of presentation, professionalism, and confidentiality. Strong drawing ability, precise hand control, and attention to detail are essential. Prior hands-on experience with coated canvas or leather is required, along with practical knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and stencil printers. Time management and the ability to meet deadlines are also important for success in this position.
