Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Packing Boy to join Prime Enterprises located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role involves preparing finished goods for dispatch by accurately packing products, ensuring quality, and assisting in inventory-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Count finished goods with precision prior to packing.
• Pack items into cartons adhering strictly to specified packing standards and required quantities.
• Confirm use of correct products, quantities, and appropriate packaging materials.
• Properly seal, label, and ready cartons for shipment.
• Inform the supervisor of any discrepancies such as shortages, damages, or quality concerns.
• Keep the packing workspace clean and well-organized.
• Support loading, unloading, and transfer of finished goods as needed.
• Assist with stock counts and verify inventories during physical audits.
• Adhere to company guidelines on safety, quality control, and housekeeping.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Packing Supervisor or higher management.
