Overnight Associate

About the Role

The Overnight Associate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service by managing merchandise receiving tasks and ensuring smooth movement of stock onto the sales floor. Responsibilities include unloading shipments, organizing inventory, labeling products, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe environment to prepare the store for opening.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor prior to store opening hours.
• Organize, set up, merchandise, and label product features appropriately.
• Handle live unloading of various types of merchandise shipments.
• Focus on placing merchandise in backroom bins and stocking, with particular attention to labeling distinct from day/evening fulfillment roles.
• Transport pallets between the backroom and sales floor during overnight hours.
• Assist with sales floor stock replenishment and deliver customer service support when required.
• Maintain labeling on the sales floor in readiness for store opening.
• Promote a hazard-free, safe, and tidy workspace by adhering to company safety policies, completing safety audits, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $18.40 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
