Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers who have expressed interest in car loans.
• Clearly communicate details about car loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and necessary documentation.
• Identify and qualify leads for both new and used car loan products.
• Regularly follow up with customers until their loan applications are processed and finalized.
• Collect and manage customer documentation, coordinating with sales and loan processing departments.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer interactions and call details.
• Foster strong customer relationships by providing attentive and reliable service.
• Meet established daily and monthly targets for calls made and successful loan conversions.

Additional Information

This position offers a monthly salary range of 15000 to 25000 INR.
