Join ICS International Carrier Services as an Operations Specialist, where you'll support a critical and highly confidential process in the realm of law enforcement surveillance. Based in the vibrant Belgian Quarter of Cologne, our small and dynamic team works closely with police, judiciary, and telecom providers to enable lawful monitoring measures. Precision, trustworthiness, and discretion are paramount in this unique office environment.

Responsibilities

• Process requests from authorities accurately and punctually, ensuring zero errors.
• Maintain direct communication with police departments, public prosecutors, and clients.
• Prepare billing for completed surveillance actions.
• Contribute ideas to enhance and refine operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Quick thinking and ability to absorb new information efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially in executing measures and managing invoicing.
• Proactive approach in identifying necessary tasks without waiting for instructions.
• Motivated to drive improvements, not just perform routine tasks.
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English—written and verbal.
• Team-oriented mindset, dependable within a small close-knit group.
• Capable of self-managing and organizing workload independently.
