Operations Executive

Role Overview

This role involves overseeing day-to-day operational activities, managing teams, handling customer relations, and driving business sales within Easy Wash. You will lead a team, ensure smooth customer interactions, conduct recruitment and training activities, and engage in business-to-business sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee team management including attendance tracking, kit handling, salary processing, and operational workflows.
• Address customer issues, organize scheduling and rostering, maintain data records using spreadsheet tools, and prepare reports.
• Handle the recruitment process by advertising job openings, communicating with applicants, conducting interviews, providing training, managing documentation, and facilitating onboarding procedures.
• Conduct staff training sessions, orient new employees to company policies, promote motivation, ensure staff retention, and develop standard operating procedures.
• Engage in B2B sales by establishing relationships with local businesses and marketing cleaning services.

Additional Information

Training and learning support in leadership and management skills will be provided to assist in fulfilling the role's requirements.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between 15,000 and 23,000 INR.
