Operations Executive

Position Overview

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive based in Phalodi, Rajasthan. This role offers a salary ranging between 15,000 and 20,000 INR and involves managing daily operational tasks to ensure efficient field activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Record and monitor daily morning attendance of drivers and helpers accurately.
• Allocate wards and areas to staff members according to assigned schedules.
• Coordinate daily manpower deployment ensuring adequate resource distribution.
• Compile and deliver detailed daily operational reports to company management.
• Provide support and supervision for field operations to guarantee seamless workflow.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficient verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Expertise in MS Excel functionalities, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, chart creation, data validation, and conditional formatting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen attention to detail with high accuracy standards.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently while adhering to deadlines.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification of graduation in any discipline.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
• Responsible, punctual, and dependable work ethic.
• Experience handling manpower is advantageous but not mandatory.
