About the Role
IIQAF Group seeks an attentive and proactive Operations Associate to aid in the daily management of hospitality venues across Sydney. This role ensures seamless workflow coordination and efficient service delivery, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality services
- Coordinate staff rosters, operational tasks, and scheduling
- Oversee service quality and guest experience metrics
- Assist with inventory control and logistics for food, beverages, and supplies
- Compile operational reports and maintain precise documentation
- Work cooperatively with front-of-house, kitchen, and administrative teams
- Spot and recommend operational improvements to increase efficiency
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality operations or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and solve problems
- Familiarity with hotel, restaurant, or catering operational environments
- Capability to thrive in fast-moving hospitality settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork aptitude
- Proficient in MS Office and hospitality management software
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or Operations
- Knowledge of inventory tracking, point-of-sale systems, and service protocols
- Experience with large-scale hospitality operations
