Research Made Clear is searching for a meticulous and analytical Operations Analyst at an entry to mid-level position based in Berlin, Germany. This full-time onsite role focuses on supporting business operations through careful data examination, refining processes, and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate will help pinpoint inefficiencies, enhance workflows, and deliver practical insights to boost operational effectiveness and overall business results.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze operational datasets to recognize trends, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports and dashboards reflecting operational status.
• Assess current business processes and suggest efficiency and cost-saving improvements.
• Assist with automation of processes, workflow enhancements, and continuous development efforts.
• Perform root cause analyses of operational challenges and recommend viable solutions.
• Work collaboratively with teams across operations, finance, logistics, human resources, and management.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation tasks.
• Maintain precise operational data records and documentation systems.
• Develop presentations and reports to aid managerial decision-making.
• Contribute to the implementation of operational projects and initiatives aimed at performance improvement.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and adherence to internal standards.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to underpin strategic and operational choices.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, business analysis, data analysis, consulting, finance, logistics, or comparable fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities complemented by critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced data analysis techniques, pivot tables, and report creation.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or related analytics platforms is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage extensive datasets.
• Effective communication and presentation competencies.
• Aptitude for identifying and implementing process optimization opportunities.
• Well-developed organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic work setting.
• Educational background preferably includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related area.
