About the Role
Cornerstone Caregiving, recognized as the largest privately owned in-home care company, is dedicated to enabling seniors to age with comfort and dignity within their own homes. Positioned in Monroe, NC, the Operating Director will be instrumental in steering the growth and success of this branch. This role is fully supported by the corporate homebase and a network of fellow Operating Directors and comes with the responsibility of independently managing the office while embodying the company's mission and culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the branch operations autonomously while benefiting from extensive corporate training and ongoing support.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to establish Cornerstone Caregiving as the preferred in-home care provider in the region.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with referral sources such as hospitals, hospices, and senior living facilities.
- Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and timely response to client and caregiver needs.
- Conduct in-home assessments, develop client relationships, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction.
- Handle financial oversight including budgeting and monitoring profit and loss statements.
- Create a positive workplace culture by motivating the team, establishing morale, and positioning the branch as an employer of choice.
