About the Role
Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care provider, is experiencing substantial growth and seeks an Operating Director to lead its North Platte, NE branch. This leadership role involves managing all branch operations to support the company's mission of enabling seniors to age at home with dignity. You will receive comprehensive corporate training and ongoing support while spearheading local business development and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and independently manage day-to-day branch operations with continued corporate training and guidance.
- Design and execute marketing strategies to position Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider in the area.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key referral sources such as hospitals, hospices, and senior living facilities.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staffing to ensure all shifts are appropriately covered and manage on-call duties for client and caregiver needs.
- Conduct in-home assessments to build client relationships, manage intakes, and guarantee client satisfaction.
- Manage the office budget and financials, including oversight of profit and loss statements.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by motivating, incentivizing, and maintaining high team morale.
