Role Overview
Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate and gain valuable experience in a bustling retail setting. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing online customer orders with a strong emphasis on quality, precision, and customer satisfaction, all while complying with safety and food hygiene guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick and assemble customer orders from various temperature zones to ensure timely delivery; confirm correct products, quantities, and item codes when packing.
- Ensure product freshness and quality by selecting only suitable items and discarding any damaged goods; accurately complete all necessary paperwork and labels such as pick slips and shipping labels.
- Efficiently pack orders optimizing tote space while maintaining product safety and quality standards.
- Support team and customer needs by balancing order fulfillment with helpful and positive customer interactions, including issue resolution.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to food hygiene and safety protocols, promptly cleaning spills, ensuring totes are clean before use, safely operating equipment, and performing required safety inspections.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, contributing ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Typical Challenges
- Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including overnight shifts, while planning to stay energized and focused.
- Complete physically demanding duties such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items up to 20 lbs or occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Perform repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing tasks with attention to detail to maintain store standards.

Compensation
The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75 CAD.
