Offshore Coating Surveyor

Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Offshore Coating Surveyor for a prestigious client based in Qatar. This long-term contract opportunity spans one year with the possibility of extension. Candidates with substantial expertise in offshore coating inspection and surveying, possessing relevant certifications, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Hold a degree or diploma in Science or Engineering.
• Possess over 10 years of professional experience specifically in offshore coating inspection and surveying.
• Have mandatory offshore oil and gas sector experience.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of coating inspection standards and best industry practices.
• Hold preferred certifications such as NACE Coating Specialist, NACE Level III, or BGAS Grade 1. Alternatively, candidates with NACE CIP Level II or BGAS Grade 2 certification may be considered based on their experience.
• Experience working on offshore assets including jackets, platforms, pipelines, FPSOs, or similar structures.
• Availability for immediate joining is highly preferred.

Work Schedule

The role primarily involves onshore site presence with approximately 20 days offshore and 6 days onshore per month, depending on project demands.
