Job Overview

We are urgently seeking candidates for the role of Office Boy based in Bankura town, West Bengal. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 7,000 to 9,000 INR.

Working Hours

The work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts with Sundays off.

Educational Requirements

Applicants should have completed at least 8th grade; candidates with 10th or 12th grade qualifications and above are also eligible.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage office upkeep efficiently.
• Distribute equipment, parts, and files to the respective staff members as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers to handle orders, including sales orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure office supplies are adequate by ordering and restocking items when necessary.
• Monitor and report inventory levels to keep records current and precise.
• Submit all delivery-related paperwork to the office at day's end.
