Responsibilities

• Complete an award-winning, year-long Skin School programme earning a CIBTAC qualification recognized industry-wide.
• Provide tailored skincare and beauty consultations leveraging cutting-edge tools and technology.
• Clearly communicate the advanced science behind No7 products, making complex ingredients accessible to customers.
• Offer expert advice on makeup, including shade matching, product demos, and building effective routines.
• Consistently meet sales goals by actively promoting current offers, new innovations, and product launches.
• Develop long-lasting customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate effectively with the Boots team to deliver excellent service and achieve commercial targets.
• Maintain an appealing and well-organized counter that reflects the premium yet accessible No7 brand identity.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for skincare and makeup, with a dedication to helping customers boost confidence.
• Motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute positively to team performance.
• Confidence in customer engagement and applying skincare and makeup products.
• Effective communication skills capable of easing customers and explaining information simply.
• Proactive and eager to deepen product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends.
• Passion for representing and championing the No7 brand and its innovative legacy.

Desirable Experience

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience applying skincare and beauty products directly on clients.
