Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs as necessary, assist guests with luggage and porter services.
• Maintain cleanliness of various hotel areas including the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar floors, public and staff spaces, and meeting room floors.
• Perform cleaning duties and set up function and breakfast rooms according to nightly checklists and supervisory instructions.
• Keep the hotel’s front entrance and surrounding outside areas clean and orderly, including emptying bins and collecting litter.
• Be thoroughly familiar with the hotel's fire safety procedures to ensure safety for all staff and guests.
• Prepare meeting rooms as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service roles.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a busy work environment.
• Demonstrate a strong team-oriented attitude.
