Role Overview

As a Narrative Intelligence Associate, you will bridge intelligence creation and client-facing insights by collaborating with analysts and utilizing GUDEA's platform tools. You will transform raw data into coherent, client-ready reports. This role supports the client experience team and offers an intensive learning environment to build expertise in narrative analysis alongside experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to GUDEA's primary intelligence reports ensuring accuracy, clarity, and structured presentation.
• Gain proficiency with GUDEA's dashboard, exploring its full features under senior analyst mentorship.
• Interpret platform data into concise, understandable summaries supplementing AI-generated content with human insight.
• Convert analytical findings into clear takeaways usable by internal and client-facing teams.
• Collaborate with research, product, and client teams to deliver timely relevant intelligence.
• Engage in wider team initiatives and embrace new challenges as GUDEA grows.

Required Qualifications

• Between 1 to 3 years (including internships) of relevant experience in consulting, public relations, research, intelligence analysis, communications, journalism, or related disciplines, with an interest in reporting to senior audiences.
• Emerging understanding of corporate communications and organizational dynamics.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Curious, detail-focused, and eager to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with social media and the broader media ecosystem is advantageous.

• Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, with performance-linked bonuses.
