We are seeking a creative and editorially proficient Supervising Producer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role is pivotal in overseeing the production and editorial process of a new pioneering multiplatform program that integrates real-time digital engagement with a compelling weekly broadcast.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Producer in Doha to ensure all content adheres to CNN's editorial standards and resonates with a global audience.
• Manage, guide, and inspire a diverse team of content creators, producers, and technical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Oversee every stage of content creation — from story conception, scripting, filming, and editing to final output.
• Ensure consistent and engaging storytelling across digital, social media, and traditional linear broadcast platforms to optimize audience interaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive background in television, digital production, or journalism, with demonstrable editorial leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in live broadcasting, long-form storytelling, and creating digital news content.
• In-depth knowledge of multiplatform content strategies spanning digital, social media, and TV formats.
• Familiarity with CNN’s digital workflow considered an advantage.
• Experience operating within an international media environment and awareness of global storytelling trends.
