MS Dynamic CRM Support Specialist

About the Role

This position involves supporting and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, focusing on Sales or Service modules. The role is based in Bangalore and requires expertise in both client and server side customizations, as well as integration and deployment tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM using JavaScript, web resources, C#, and .NET assemblies.
• Develop client-side functionalities using JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, JQuery, along with CSS, HTML5, and AJAX.
• Design and implement REST API integrations with external systems, both with and without middleware involvement.
• Manage server administration and deployment activities for MSCRM applications.
• Utilize source control systems including GIT and Visual SourceSafe for version management.
• Work with Power Apps and perform data migration leveraging tools or MS Dynamics built-in features.
• Operate with Microsoft Azure services like Application Servers, Database Services, and Service Bus.

Skills & Expertise Levels

The candidate's proficiency level can range from Learner (basic exposure and eagerness to learn under guidance) to Guru (deep expertise with leadership capability), with Practitioner level indicating practical implementation experience.
