We are partnered with a rapidly expanding mortgage brokerage based in Cork, currently broadening their team to meet growing client needs. The Mortgage Administrator role is designed to assist seasoned advisors while providing a clear progression route to become a Mortgage Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mortgage applications from initial submission to final drawdown
• Communicate with clients to gather all necessary documentation and ensure progression
• Prepare and lodge mortgage applications with lenders
• Evaluate loan offers and confirm compliance with all lending conditions
• Collaborate with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and other third parties throughout the mortgage process
• Provide clients with regular updates on their application status
• Maintain precise records and update the CRM platform accordingly
• Deliver administrative assistance to Mortgage Advisors while gaining knowledge to transition into advisory roles

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior experience as a Mortgage Administrator or Mortgage Processor
• Comprehensive understanding of the Irish mortgage application procedures
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities
• Strong communication and customer service aptitude
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple mortgage applications at once
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Motivation to develop into a Mortgage Advisor role

Preferred Qualifications

• APA (Loans) qualification is advantageous
• Applicants progressing towards APA/QFA qualifications are also encouraged
• Experience in mortgage brokerage, banking, or lending environments
• Familiarity with Irish mortgage lending regulations and compliance standards
