Molecular Genetics Scientist

Job Overview

We seek a Biologist specializing in molecular and cellular biology to contribute to AI model development by generating and validating scientifically accurate content. Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills, particularly with CRISPR and molecular biology techniques. Previous AI experience is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out gene editing experiments utilizing CRISPR technology.
• Conduct cloning, PCR amplification, genotyping, and DNA sequencing activities.
• Create DNA and RNA constructs and assist with molecular screening processes.
• Interpret principles related to molecular and cellular biology.
• Maintain thorough documentation of experimental methods ensuring scientific rigor.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams on projects oriented around biological science.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a similar discipline.
• Proven practical expertise with CRISPR, cloning, PCR, and genotyping techniques.
• Strong foundational knowledge of molecular biology and genetic concepts.
• Highly developed analytical abilities along with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Meticulous with a capacity to work autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees such as Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant area.
• Experience reviewing scientific content, annotating data, or involvement in AI-related projects.
• Familiarity with working in remote or cross-disciplinary team settings.
