Mobile Cleaner II

Overview

We are looking for a Mobile Cleaner II experienced in commercial cleaning to maintain several commercial and industrial sites. This role requires a dedicated individual capable of working independently, traveling between various locations, and managing specialized cleaning tasks to ensure safe and hygienic environments.

Key Duties

• Execute routine cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing workspaces, washrooms, and replenishing necessary supplies.
• Handle waste and recycling collection and ensure the cleanliness of exterior and interior glass and building surroundings.
• Perform specialized cleaning operations including deep cleaning of carpets, upholstery, floors, operating advanced cleaning machinery, floor refinishing, pressure washing, high-level dusting, and emergency restoration tasks.
• Clear snow and ice when necessary to maintain safe entrances and walkways.
• Conduct inspections of cleanliness and site conditions, document work completed and report any facility issues or maintenance needs.
• Assist with maintenance tasks such as installing and repairing washroom dispensers and managing cleaning supplies logistics.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a secure workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least three years in commercial, industrial, or institutional cleaning roles with experience using professional cleaning equipment.
• A solid grasp of contemporary cleaning methods, materials, and workplace safety regulations including WHMIS.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and access to reliable transportation to travel between various job sites.
• Capability to wear required personal protective equipment and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 35 lbs and extensive movement including standing, bending, and walking.

Working Conditions & Additional Information

Compensation

This full-time position offers an annual salary ranging from $46,476 to $52,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
