About the Role
We are seeking quantitative experts from diverse scientific and analytical backgrounds to contribute to training advanced AI models. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cutting-edge AI systems, focusing on assessing AI-generated quantitative analyses, addressing technical challenges, and providing critical feedback that influences AI's approach to data interpretation, modeling, and solving scientific inquiries. Candidates with expertise in fields such as data science, astrophysics, economics, biostatistics, operations research, or other quantitative disciplines are encouraged to apply. This role can be integrated with existing full-time jobs or pursued as a primary occupational focus.

Core Responsibilities
- Critically evaluate AI-produced quantitative results covering statistical analysis, predictive models, scientific logic, and data insights for accuracy and applicability
- Develop and solve quantitative challenges that help train and measure AI performance in forecasting, experimental setup, optimization, and inference
- Compose coherent technical explanations and maintain thorough documentation of analytical software
- Provide feedback that guides the advancement of AI platforms specialized in quantitative reasoning
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ practical experience in a quantitative or research role, including domains like data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, or operations research
- Proficiency in coding for creating and reviewing analytical scripts thoroughly
- Hands-on familiarity with statistical techniques, predictive analytics, and experimental methodologies such as A/B testing, hypothesis verification, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting
- Excellent written English communication, demonstrating native or bilingual fluency
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative area (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering); advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) are advantageous
- Additional certifications or accomplishments like Kaggle rankings or cloud-based ML credentials enhance candidacy
