Role Overview

This position involves direct customer interaction and preparing ingredients similar to bar and cafe tasks. Responsibilities include mixing ingredients according to Fat Tuna's signature recipes and serving drinks to patrons.

Key Duties

• Mix ingredients following the restaurant's distinctive dish formulations.
• Serve beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Manage food storage units to uphold stringent quality standards.
• Organize kitchen stock and ingredient inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain kitchen organization, ensure adequate staff availability, and facilitate training.
• Assist in coordinating supply orders, budget management, kitchen productivity, and staffing.
• Ensure food storage complies with Fat Tuna's cleanliness, hygiene, and Food, Health and Safety standards.
• Maintain quality control and hygiene systems consistently.
