Role Overview

The Minibar Attendant will handle the daily operations related to in-room refreshment centers, ensuring they are stocked, inspected, and maintained according to organizational standards. Responsibilities involve checking minibar status in rooms upon guest arrival, departure, and during occupancy, logging consumption accurately, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation protocols including ISO standards. This role contributes directly to delivering high-quality guest service and satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates bring prior hospitality experience in roles such as Minibar Attendant, Restaurant Waiter, or Bar Waiter. They should be confident communicators who excel in teamwork, maintain a positive mindset, and perform well in high-pressure environments.
