Role Summary

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within a designated territory in Dammam. The role emphasizes increasing product awareness through scientific communication while meeting sales targets and upholding corporate ethics and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture professional connections with healthcare providers in the assigned area.
• Present and detail assigned products with scientific insights to healthcare personnel.
• Consistently accomplish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Implement territory plans aimed at maximizing market opportunities and coverage.
• Keep track of competitor activities, market developments, and client feedback to inform management regularly.
• Submit precise and timely reports of field activities through the company’s CRM platform.
• Coordinate and attend medical conferences, product launches, and promotional events.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product portfolios, related diseases, and market trends.
• Comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards within the industry.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or other Life Sciences disciplines.
• Prior experience working as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Familiarity with therapeutic fields such as Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Dermatology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Gastroenterology, or related specialties is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management capabilities.
• Strong skills in analysis, planning, and organization.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license and readiness to travel within the designated territory.
