Medical Representative

About the Role

Saudi Arabian Drug Store Company is looking for an experienced pharmacist to serve as a Medical Representative. The position is located in Riyadh, with possible assignments in Dammam and Abha. This role focuses on promoting pharmaceutical products, supporting the company's sales growth, and advancing its objectives within the healthcare sector. Employment is subject to compliance with Saudization regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals to meet sales targets within assigned territories.
• Engage in daily visits with physicians and pharmacists to present products and maintain relationships.
• Provide accurate, approved medical information regarding product usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
• Distribute product samples and marketing materials effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers to strengthen territory knowledge.
• Identify and focus on high-potential customers, including Key Opinion Leaders and selected physicians.
• Communicate customer feedback, product accessibility issues, and competitor activities to management.
• Analyze local market conditions and develop actionable territory plans aligned with company goals.
• Implement and execute business strategies targeted for the territory.
• Prepare periodic reports as directed by supervisors.
• Coordinate promotional events and company-hosted meetings within the region.
• Gather and relay competitor intelligence and market trends.
• Participate in regular sales meetings to share insights and feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience working as a Medical Representative.
• Proficiency in English with strong speaking, writing, and listening skills.
• Demonstrated selling and presentation expertise.
• Solid understanding of therapeutic areas and competitor products.
