Role Overview

The Mechanical Faculty position involves delivering both classroom lectures and laboratory instructions on mechanical engineering subjects, emphasizing CAD software application and related technologies. Faculty members will mentor students, provide academic support, and continually update course materials to reflect current industry technologies and trends. Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong grounding in mechanical engineering fundamentals, covering design, manufacturing processes, and engineering drawing principles.
• Competency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools used for mechanical design and analysis.
• Demonstrated teaching and mentoring capabilities, with effective classroom management and the ability to clearly convey technical topics to learners of varying backgrounds.
• Skill in curriculum design and lesson planning, including preparation of structured instructional materials and practical exercises.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate professionally with colleagues and students.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline is preferred.
