Role Overview

At the newly established logistics center in Skopje, the Material Administrator plays a key role in overseeing the flow of materials required for production. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their career in supply chain management. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of materials to production lines, managing inventory, and supporting logistical operations to meet daily objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery of production materials to meet operational demands.
• Assist in managing inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with carriers and third-party service providers.
• Analyze customer schedules to guarantee timely and accurate material release to suppliers, optimizing cost efficiency.
• Support manufacturing and customer requirements, paying attention to supplier lead times for components.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels aligned with production goals.
• Manage accurate data entry and updates within ERP and other operational systems.
• Collaborate internally to facilitate new part introductions and engineering change notices (ECNs).
• Adhere to established processes to ensure 100% on-time delivery of materials to production lines while identifying process improvements.
• Effectively communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply chain challenges.
• Lead by example in maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards within the workplace.
• Encourage corporate ethics, teamwork, change adaptability, and continuous improvement culture among colleagues.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong emphasis on Excel.
• Fluent English language skills; knowledge of additional languages considered an advantage.
