Role overview
EKWA Marketing is seeking a Marketing Success Manager to serve as the main strategic contact for client accounts. This role combines client retention, relationship ownership, and responsibility for marketing outcomes, helping clients see clear value and measurable return on investment from their campaigns.
You will work closely with dental, medical, and other healthcare practice owners, ensuring they understand campaign performance, remain confident in their partnership with Ekwa, and continue to grow their services over time.
Key responsibilities
The position acts as the link between clients and the internal marketing specialists, translating business goals into focused campaign execution and stronger results.
- Manage a dedicated group of client accounts and build dependable, long-term working relationships.
- Run regular review conversations and strategy discussions while aligning expectations and outcomes.
- Protect revenue by improving satisfaction, renewing accounts, and addressing possible churn early.
- Spot expansion opportunities that add meaningful value to the client’s business.
- Track performance across SEO, websites, social platforms, online reputation, and paid media, then use those insights to improve ROI.
- Read marketing analytics and recommend actions that increase leads, new patients, and revenue.
- Stay informed about current digital marketing practices and trends in the healthcare and dental space.
- Prepare clear performance updates that connect campaign metrics with business results.
- Share progress, achievements, and next steps in a transparent, client-friendly way.
- Handle questions and concerns professionally, with empathy and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate between clients and specialist teams such as SEO, web design, content, social media, and advertising.
- Communicate client goals internally and relay client priorities to keep delivery aligned.
- Work with leadership on process improvements that strengthen service quality and performance.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also acceptable.
- At least 1 year of experience in client success, account management, or digital marketing, ideally in an agency setting.
- Working knowledge of digital channels including SEO, websites, social media, online reputation, and paid advertising.
- Experience using performance data and marketing analytics tools.
- Background with healthcare, dental, or professional-services clients is considered an advantage.

Compensation
The role starts at CAD 50,000 annually, plus a performance-based annual bonus of CAD 10,000.
