Role Overview
BlueCloud is seeking a strategic and seasoned Marketing Manager to lead company-wide marketing strategies, with emphasis on partnership marketing with Snowflake. This leadership role involves managing the marketing team and aligning all initiatives with business growth and market penetration goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overarching strategic marketing plan that aligns with BlueCloud’s growth and go-to-market objectives.
- Direct partner marketing efforts focusing on Snowflake, including co-marketing campaigns, joint content creation, partner events, marketing development fund (MDF) utilization, and fostering partner relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team, establishing priorities and ensuring high-quality deliveries.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital channels, content generation, social media, and email marketing.
- Organize and manage both virtual and physical events at the partner and company level.
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery teams, and senior leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support broader organizational aims.
- Oversee brand positioning and strategy across all corporate and partner communications.
- Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance and return on investment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' marketing experience with proven ownership of marketing strategy development, not limited to execution.
- Background in data, analytics, or technology/IT consulting is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with technology partner marketing programs, such as Snowflake or Salesforce ecosystems, is strongly preferred.
- Previous leadership or management experience in marketing team settings.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, capable of aligning marketing plans with business objectives.
- Strong communication abilities, stakeholder collaboration, and project management expertise.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-focused environment.
