About the Role
We are actively recruiting a Marketing Executive to join our team at Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. This position offers an attractive salary package up to ₹33,000 take-home (depending on interview outcome and previous pay) along with incentives, provident fund, and mediclaim benefits.
Job Purpose
The selected candidate will be responsible for boosting sales and facilitating business growth by promoting a range of financial services products such as mutual funds, insurance policies, fixed-income opportunities, and other investment options.
Key Duties
- Identify and onboard new clients through direct marketing approaches, referrals, digital platforms, networking, and alliances with corporates.
- Market and sell the company’s financial services tailored to meet customer requirements.
- Generate high-quality leads and convert prospects into loyal long-term customers.
- Maintain strong client relationships through periodic engagement and portfolio evaluations.
- Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and organize financial awareness programs.
- Consistently achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Has 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in financial services sales, banking, insurance, investment, or wealth management sectors.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and persuasive selling skills are invited to apply.
Skills Required
- Strong aptitude in sales, negotiation, and persuasion techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Expertise in customer relationship management and networking.
- Basic knowledge of financial instruments and investment principles.
- Ability to independently achieve sales targets and work proactively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
