Role Overview
Join OE Wheel in Sarasota, FL as a Marketing Director to spearhead marketing efforts across three well-established brands catering to both B2B wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce sectors. In this leadership role reporting directly to the President, you will enhance and scale an existing high-performing marketing organization to support the company's ambitious growth from $40M to over $100M.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing strategies and activities for three distinct brands.
- Mentor and grow an in-house marketing team to maximize their effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to accelerate revenue expansion.
- Lead campaign initiatives, product launches, and all go-to-market executions.
- Monitor marketing effectiveness using KPIs such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Conversion Rates, and overall Revenue.
- Manage key platforms including Shopify, HubSpot, GA4, marketing automation tools, and coordinate agency partners.
Experience and Skills Required
- Over a decade of experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record marketing to both wholesale/B2B and direct-to-consumer eCommerce clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to utilize data to foster business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead dynamic marketing teams.
- Hands-on expertise with Shopify, HubSpot, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Confidence in working alongside executive teams and influencing strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing marketing for multiple brands.
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or automotive aftermarket industries.
- Familiarity with collaborating with external marketing agencies and using NetSuite ERP.
