Marketing Coordinator

Role purpose

The Marketing Coordinator will oversee the coordination of property and business marketing for McGrath Coast & Canopy Group across multiple offices. The position works closely with sales agents and an offshore marketing team to make sure campaigns are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with McGrath brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property marketing campaigns from start to finish, keeping work on schedule and ensuring a polished final result.
• Serve as the main daily point of contact for agents and the offshore marketing team, handling requests, task flow and quality checks.
• Support agents with marketing advice, campaign materials and promotional options.
• Organise business marketing activities such as social media, email campaigns, office promotions, events and brand messaging.
• Check marketing content for correctness, brand consistency and compliance before it goes live.
• Arrange the creation of brochures, signboards, digital ads, social media assets and other marketing collateral.
• Track campaign timelines, maintain schedules and keep workflow systems up to date.
• Help roll out new marketing ideas, systems and processes that improve efficiency.
• Maintain a consistent brand image and professional presentation across every office and marketing channel.
• Provide general administrative assistance for marketing projects and wider business initiatives when needed.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate brings experience in marketing, communications or campaign coordination, along with strong organisation and time management. They should be comfortable handling several priorities at once, communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and show a strong eye for detail and quality. The role also calls for someone who works well with multiple stakeholders and remote teams, is proactive, adaptable and keen to learn. Experience in real estate or another fast-moving service environment will be an advantage.
