Position Overview
Are you a digitally skilled and creative problem-solver ready to make a meaningful impact? Menarini Asia-Pacific invites motivated individuals who flourish in dynamic settings and value entrepreneurial spirit to join their Commercial & Marketing team in Sydney for a 3 to 6 month contractual period as a Marketing Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement omnichannel marketing strategies by coordinating and distributing traditional and digital materials through email, websites, and print formats.
- Support organization and management of educational events, sponsorships, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams to deliver quality outcomes.
- Oversee administrative and operational processes including vendor relationship management, purchase orders, invoicing, and contract administration through platforms such as DocuSign.
- Facilitate marketing team coordination by scheduling key meetings and ensuring smooth progress of marketing projects.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is digitally adept and creatively minded with a strong ability to optimize workflows using modern digital channels. They are entrepreneurial, detail-focused, agile in fast-moving environments, and highly collaborative, enjoying teamwork across various departments. There is a strong emphasis on continuous learning and adaptability to new systems and industry standards.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing coordination or administrative support, preferably within pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, notably the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
- Proficiency with Purchase-to-Pay software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Performance Indicators
- Maintain impeccable data accuracy and ensure strict compliance with Medicines Australia guidelines to avoid significant non-compliance issues.
- Achieve at least 85% positive feedback from internal stakeholders and Healthcare Professionals regarding event logistics.
- Manage operational costs within a 2% margin of the monthly budget while facilitating efficient project approval timelines.
