About the Role
FACE FOUNDRIÉ, part of 6G Holdings alongside SWTHZ, is growing quickly in the health and wellness space. The team is hiring a resourceful and organized Marketing Coordinator to support brand growth in Austin and help strengthen the local presence of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
What You’ll Do
- Support the local marketing plan by helping increase brand visibility, attract new clients, build community connections, and drive growth in Austin.
- Assist with planning and running local events such as pop-ups, partnerships, and community activations.
- Work with nearby businesses and influencers to deepen community engagement and raise awareness of the brand.
- Spend time at the Front Bar to stay close to the client experience and daily store activity, while gaining hands-on exposure to service bookings, membership sales, and retail sales that support events and activations.
- Handle event logistics, including coordination with partners and vendors, scheduling, and day-of execution.
- Contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and activations that help bring traffic into the stores.
- Capture photo and video content across both locations, covering client moments, promotions, campaigns, partnerships, and events both inside and outside the stores; the Marketing Manager will provide direction for content strategy.
- Help improve event processes across franchise locations by sharing learnings, outcomes, and suggestions with leadership.
Performance Expectations
Success in this role will be measured through execution quality and the financial impact of your work. A key focus is tracking event results and ROI to show how local and cross-site events contribute to member acquisition and revenue.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A self-starter who works well in fast-moving settings and is willing to take initiative, problem-solve independently, and adapt to new challenges.
- Comfort using Google Workspace and Canva to create polished, on-brand materials for social media, presentations, and marketing needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact with clients and represent the brand at events.
- Excellent organization and time management, with the ability to juggle several priorities and deadlines at once.
- Genuine interest in marketing, beauty, and the health and wellness space, especially hands-on brand building.
- Availability to work part-time, including weekends for events, and residency in Austin.
Additional Information
This position is based onsite in Austin, TX. The role is focused on local brand building for FACE FOUNDRIÉ and includes active involvement in event execution, content capture, community outreach, and front-of-house support.
