About the Role
Blackbox is looking for inquisitive and detail-focused Market Research Interns to join our team for a 3-month engagement. This internship offers a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates or final-year students aiming to build hands-on experience in market research and analysis by contributing to actual business projects and market intelligence activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market and industry research leveraging online databases, reports, AI-driven research tools, and other secondary data sources.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret market information to spot trends, customer requirements, competitor insights, and new business prospects.
- Assist in drafting research reports, creating presentations, developing dashboards, and providing strategic business recommendations.
- Keep track of competitor moves, industry shifts, and technological advancements including AI implementation across sectors.
- Learn and utilize Generative AI technologies to enhance research efficiency, condense findings, generate insights, and aid business analysis.
- Engage in AI-focused projects such as testing new AI applications, experimenting with productivity tools, and identifying internal process improvements.
- Support survey administration, interviews, and other data collection tasks as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with different teams to facilitate strategic planning, business growth, and digital transformation efforts.
- Perform additional research, analysis, and administrative duties assigned by supervisors.
Candidate Requirements
- Recent graduates or final year students are highly encouraged to apply.
- Educational background includes degrees or diplomas in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or similar disciplines.
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with critical thinking.
- Effective written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and various online research tools.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of managing several tasks simultaneously.
- Self-driven and eager to learn while contributing positively within a team setting.
