About the Role

WealthBridge Financial Group is looking for an accomplished financial advisor to step into a strategic Managing Director position. This opportunity is designed for a seasoned advisor who has established a successful personal practice and is eager to advance into a leadership role that emphasizes both personal achievement and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand a team of skilled financial advisors aiming to elevate their client services and business practices.
• Maintain an active client portfolio while recruiting, mentoring, and fostering a culture of high performance among advisors.
• Contribute to the firm’s long-term growth and strategic direction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least three years' experience in financial services exhibiting consistent growth in a personal client practice.
• Possession of an active Life and Health Insurance license.
• Preferred FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses; company sponsorship and support available for obtaining these if not yet held.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, financial planning, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and developing top-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen with a vision for sustainable long-term growth.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
