Position Overview
This opportunity is presented on behalf of a partner company searching for a Manager or Director of Revenue Operations located within the United States. The role entails building and scaling a commercial operations framework for a fast-expanding healthcare technology organization. You'll act as a strategic collaborator with leadership teams to design systems, processes, and analytical insights to enable consistent revenue growth and enhance data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Revenue Operations division, including development of commercial processes, system management, reporting mechanisms, and routine operational cycles.
- Maintain primary responsibility for CRM management, ensuring data integrity, pipeline transparency, process adherence, and ongoing platform improvements.
- Develop revenue forecasting procedures, pipeline oversight, and generate executive-level reports to inform strategic planning.
- Create scalable pipeline frameworks such as opportunity criteria, sales stages, and forecast methodologies.
- Implement deal desk protocols supporting pricing authorization, commercial assessments, contract administration, and cross-team collaboration.
- Design dashboards, key performance indicators, and reporting systems that deliver actionable commercial insights organization-wide.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations leadership to optimize customer lifecycle management and accelerate growth.
- Lead regular commercial operational meetings including pipeline evaluations, forecasting reviews, and strategic business discussions.
- Identify inefficiencies, close operational gaps, and introduce automation to enhance productivity.
- Formulate a long-term Revenue Operations strategy to support scaling and organizational expansion.
- Provide leadership with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations through ongoing analysis and performance monitoring.
- Utilize AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to refine workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations roles.
- Proven background building or enhancing revenue operations in healthcare technology, SaaS, or startup sectors.
- Expertise in managing CRM systems—preferably HubSpot—including administration, optimization, and data governance.
- Strong experience establishing forecasting processes, pipeline methodologies, and executive reporting standards.
- Skilled in developing business intelligence tools, dashboards, and commercial performance analytics.
- Comprehensive knowledge of revenue lifecycle, sales procedures, and commercial operational frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and actionable plans.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills with senior executives and various functional teams.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
- Independent operator capable of creating structure amidst ambiguity and delivering measurable results.
- Familiar with AI tools and enthusiastic about integrating new technologies into daily work.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $145,000 to $185,000, dependent on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
